We found nothing different selling memberships that varied in price from $20 down and $25 a month (California) to $500 down and $3,000 a year dues (Istanbul, Turkey).  That is correct, nothing is different. You must learn exactly how many people you need to drive through the front door, and you must “know” how many people you must stop from going out the back door.  More people fail in our business because they have no idea how to close the back door and they rely on “Gross Sales” instead of real income.  Scott Corless will teach you the difference between what you think and what is real; more importantly, he will teach you how to control the ebb and flow that puts 74% of all private Fitness Facilities out of business in the first five years of operations.
